The agency fully developed and implemented the federal promotional campaign, including the creative concept and design of all advertising materials of the campaign (POSm to retail outlets, web design, banners), the promo site and its technical support, filmed and promoted the video clip on YouTube, launched contextual and targeted advertising, formed the prize fund, communicated with the winners and bloggers, was engaged in the logistics of prizes, financial and legal support of the project.
